HP OO 9.0x - SQL SERVER COLLATION

I'm new to this forum, so first of all  hi everyone.

I'm IT engineer for a french company and we plan to use HP OO /CSA.

I'm looking for information about the collation to use for the OO database.

I can't find the right collation in the installation guide nor on the web (french or english language).

I'm using SQL Server 2012.

Re: HP OO 9.0x - SQL SERVER COLLATION

Hi

For all the database vendors, if you select to create a new database within OO 10.x, the database is case-sensitive as follows:

utf8_bin collation for MySQL

Latin1_General_100_CS_AS collation for MSSQL

However, if you already have a database installed, OO creates the tables using the database specific collation. This is to allow local langauge support for SQL Server.
