HP OO Central is not coming up... HTTP STATUS 503 service_unavailable error.
Recently I have installed OO 9.00 in my local machine. I dont have any problems during the installation of DB, Central and Studio. But when I use https://localhost:8443/PAS, it is throwing me an HTTP STATUS 503 error.
I tried restarting the services but then too no luck.
Because of that, I cant able to login to studio also..
The issue is related to the server.
Please double check you are following the steps from the installation guide.

It may be possible the db version is not compatible with HPOO, also make sure to grant all permissions to the user of the database you are using, this issue might be mismatch between the password database.
If the issue keep happening it will need a deeper search of the logs (wrapper.log).
