HP OO Error

Hello,

I am trying to run a remote command over a windows server, the user has administrative access and the command is just "ipconfig" and I get the below error:

{ProcessReturnCode=;returnCode=1;

returnResult=Could not read/parse the process return code. Please verify that the user has the proper access to run remote commands. ;

Result=;StdErr=;ReturnValue=0;sessionId=8f89b776-14ab-41d3-889e-5ca520a0146b;exception=System.Exception:

Could not read/parse the process return code. Please verify that the user has the proper access to run remote commands.
   at dotNETWebActions_RemoteExecution.RemoteExecution.Execute(ActionRequest req, ISession s, IActionRegistry reg);StdOut=;ProcessID=5264;}

any idea what might be going wrong?

thanks,

Regards,

Mariam

Re: HP OO Error

Hi Mariam,

I would suggest to update to the lastest cp, in every release there are fixes and upgrades to the operations, it could solve the issue.

Please make sure you can run the remote commands as expected from your machine to the target machine.

Also you can try and use the tool "ShellWizard.bat" found in the installation folder of studio/tools in HPOO 10.x this tool is a macros recorder for commands, it generates an operation with the commands and the remote connection.

My best regards.
