HP Operations Orchestration - SQL Query - Fails to login to SQL Server using windows authentication

A new problem has surfaced in HP Orchestrator Orchestrations run on our server. They are unable to login to SQL Server using windows authentication for any active directory accounts. The SQL Query tasks return the below error message. The flow previously worked well for windows authentication.

Connections to any SQL Server using SQL Server logins work just fine in the same SQL Query tasks. Any ideas what might be the cause of this problem?

Re: HP Operations Orchestration - SQL Query - Fails to login to SQL Server using windows authentication

This turned out to be a bug in HP Operations Orchestrator 7.51 that prevented connections to named SQL Server instances using windows authentication. After much effort convincing the HPOO team that it was a defect, they were able to reproduce it and are working on a bug fix.
