[HP SM/OO] trigger OO flows on approval AND mapping change/CI fields to flow inputs

Hi all,

 

I integrated the SM and OO successfully, by using the CCRM 9.0. Now I've two problems

                 1. Do anyone have a document, describing/explaning HP SM 9.20 basics, because at the moment I'm not able to

                      test the "trigger OO Flow" on approval (change), because I am not familiar with SM's role model (approvers)

                      and therfore not able to approve a test

                      change properly.

 

                 2. Do you have a document describing how to map inputs from the change form/CIs to the flow inputs?

                      Especially how to modify/extend a change form, to fit my needs?
