HP Sitescope integration to HP OO.

Subject line of requirement:- HP Sitescope Integration to HP OO which will automatically generate ticket as per sitescope alert triggering condition.


Low availability BPMs have already configured with below monitors.

  • ·         Sitescope Groups/ Monitors configuration

ü  Ping Monitor.

ü  BPM URL Monitor.

ü  Port 2629 Monitor.

ü  CPU Utilization.

ü  Physical Memory Utilization.

ü  Server.exe

ü  Data_depot.txt log

ü  Comcetre.txt log

ü  Nanny.exe

ü  Magentservice.exe

ü  Swap memory utilization.

ü  MDRV.exe


You know, these below configuration are available for alert.

ü  Customizing Alert Templates.

ü  Working with Email Alerts.

ü  Working with Log Event Alerts.

ü  Working with Pager Alerts.

ü  Working with Post Alerts.

ü  Working with Script Alerts.

ü  Working with SMS Alerts.

ü  Working with SNMP Trap Alerts.

However i need your help, how to design accurate alert triggering condition or criterion which can invoke through HP OO.

How to Identify of sitescope integration utility in HP OO and HP OO will simulate the alert triggering condition and generate auto ticket. I need your urgent help please.

An alert action in SiteScope can run a server-side script, which can initiate an OO flow using either RSFlowInvoke.exe or JRSFlowInvoke.jar or your favorite command line http get tool like wget or cURL.
