HPOO WorkFlow Requirements

Hello all,

One of the customers need to automate the following task:

1- HPOO to query HPSM for requests to reset AD/LDAP Password.

2- HPOO to perform the LDAP password reset action in AD. (Fixed password)

3- HPOO to send email/SMS to the user for confirmation. (Optional)

4- HPOO to close the HPSM incident/request.

Now they need your support in 2 matters:

1- What are the system requirements in terms of service accounts and ports, to get this done from HPOO side.

2- What is the best way to handle this workflow, for example if there are OOB content to do so, or if we can mix and match among existing workflows.

Appreciate your prompt response.

Thank you and Best regards.
