Hello,
You can use the webservices of HPOO and Service now for integration that are provided with them and do required customizations.
Thanks

There maybe a way to run RSFlowInvoke when a new ticket is created or in a state change to run a specific workflow. You can research at http://wiki.servicenow.com/index.php?title=Main_Page.
What we have done is run a scheduled flow to periodically check for change tickets in Planning state that contain a specific user in the watch list. When we find we we start processing the ticket with OO.

I'm using HPOO 10.20 version and ServiceNow CP ( 1.1.0) Base (1 .9.1 ).
ServiceNow API is V2. Are these versions okay ?

Hi,
There were some changes in the SNOW apis that created issues in OO ServiceNow CP 1.1.0. I suggest to try with 1.1.1 and let us know if you are still facing issues:
