How to import JDBC MySQL driver as content pack?

Hi folks,

I am trying to use JDBC query operations for MySQL databases. Since OO studio 10 doesn't support MySQL connection and queries by default content packs, I tried to import JDBC MySQL driver as a thrid party content pack. I followed the way in Third Party Content Pack Wizard User Guide to generate CP and then it can be imported successfully into Studio. However when i tried "SQL query" operation with "MySQL" as DBtype, it still gave me exception error as below. I also tried "Custom" as DBtype, "com.mysql.jdbc.Driver" ad dbClass. Same error.

{exception=java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.mysql.jdbc.Driver
at java.net.URLClassLoader.findClass(URLClassLoader.java:381)

I checked the jar file was successfully imported into .oo\data\maven\com\mysql\jdbc\Driver\mysql-connector-java\5.1.40.

Does anyone know how to import JDBC MySQL driver as content pack and then use it for SQL query? any insight would be appreciated. THANKS!

Re: How to import JDBC MySQL driver as content pack?

I am facing the same problem in OO 10.20.

Can not execute Queries with MySQL as DbType in Studio nor in deployed Flows.
