How to integrate Operation Orchestration with BMC remedy
Scenario is , I am trying to raise ticket from OO to BMC remedy. When I am running the workflow from OO it is executing successfully but ticket is not raising in BMC.
I also exchange the certificate of BMC into OO but still it showing following error message :-
"errorMessage=A trusted keystore could not be found or it does not contain the needed certificate"
Does anybody have any idea how to solve this issue?
Did you import Remedy certificate in OO client.trustore? If that is the case, did you try setting the keystore in your operation as an input?

Yes, I imported the certificate of bmc remedy successfully.
Now OO is not showing certificate issue. When I am running the workflow of OO it is running successfully without any error but I am not getting back the ticket number and no ticket was raises in BMC remedy.
