Insufficient Privilege Error with Remote Command Execute

Hello,

When we access some servers by OO with Remote Command Execute happens the "Insufficient Privilege" error.
We are trying to access servers of same domain and same user. But the error continuous to happen for same servers.

The manual access happens normally.

Re: Insufficient Privilege Error with Remote Command Execute

Hello Natali,

This response is coming from the target server, which replies back to OO with a ReturnValue of 3 - Insufficient Privileges.

Please try the steps below to check the target machine settings:

1.    On the target machine, run "gpedit.msc" and then navigate to:

Computer Configuration/Windows Settings/Security Settings/Local Policies/User Rights Assignments

2.    Look for "Replace a process level token" and add the following account to the list if they are not listed.

SYSTEM
Local Service
Network Service

3.    Check if the issue was resolved.

Please keep in mind, that you need to reboot the machine for the changes to take effect, a Reload off the Security Settings won't make the changes immediately active!

Hope this helps!

Best regards,
Daniel

Re: Insufficient Privilege Error with Remote Command Execute

Daniel,

I verified the permissions of the servers.

Both there are:

Local Service
Network Service

This error happens only in Windows Server 2003.

Thank you.

Natali.
