Where can i find the relevant integration stuff (guides, packages etc.)

Thanks.

CSA install package and install guide can be obtained from HP Software Support Online web site with your valid contract ID (SAID), https://ovrd.external.hp.com/rd/sign-in.

Re: Integration between OO and CSA

It is easier to download CSA documents from below link, https://softwaresupport.hp.com/group/softwaresupport/search-result?p_p_id=facetsearch_WAR_hpospportlet&p_p_lifecycle=2&p_p_mode=view&p_p_resource_id=downloadFile&p_p_cacheability=cacheLevelPage&p_p_col_id=column-1&p_p_col_count=1&_facetsearch_WAR_hpospportlet_contentId=cid:5503357a0005606b8192fd10&_facetsearch_WAR_hpospportlet_fileName=HP_CSA_4x_Documentation_Library.pdf&_facetsearch_WAR_hpospport...

If you want to download install software, please do,

  1. login https://softwaresupport.hp.com/,
  2. click on “products” -> software updates,
  3. enter your SAID,
  4. accept the terms and conditions.
  5. Click on “View available products”,
  6. Click on “cloud center”,
  7. Select the product you need to download, you might want “HP Cloud Service Automation Foundation 4.20 English Software E-Media”
  8. Click on “Get software updates”,
  9. You will see “HP Cloud Service Automation Foundation 4.20 English Software E-Media” in the product list on the new page,
  10. Download software by clicking on “get software”.
