Is there a way to force it to exit even when there are required fields?
The Operation called "Manual". Is there a way to force it to exit even when there are required fields?
I use the Manual operation to get inputs from the user. We want to give them the option of exiting out without doing anything. If any of the inputs are required when they select Exit, it brings them back to the screen to put in the required inputs.
If the Manual operation isn't the correct one to use, what is?

I am an OO support representative and have researched your question.
No not for any operation – if "required" is selected it must have an entry.
Here is a suggestion on how it should be used: Have a default value selected and if it doesn’t get a value or have a value it will use the default hardcoded value – just keep in mind that if any operation has a required field, the operation will fail without it.
If you modified the operation (against best practice as it will cause the operation to not get upgraded when new content comes out) and they made something manual that is not really required; again this would not be supported by us and would need to be supported by you.
Fields we make "required" mean the operation will fail without a valid value. The whole point of "required" is to not allow you to bypass it.
So either redesign the operation or you must take the default response.
Please let me know if this answers your question. Thank you!
