Multi Instance Step not Exiting

Multi instance in our workflow is not exiting even after all the tasks are completed within the step. This step used to work fine but causing issue now. Because the flow is not moving forward, when we try to cancel the workflow it moves to Pending Cancel state.

Also Central Configuration Items is loading for long period time without displaying anything. This causes central to hang.

Does anyone seen this kind of behavior before?

Thanks and Regards

Re: Multi Instance Step not Exiting

Hi Riyas,

That kind of issues are usually related to triggers blocked. Please run the following query to check if any:

select TRIGGER_STATE, TRIGGER_NAME from OO_TRIGGERS where TRIGGER_STATE like '%BLOCKED';

If any is blocked, we will need to set it to Waiting with the next query:

UPDATE OO_TRIGGERS set TRIGGER_STATE='WAITING' WHERE TRIGGER_STATE = 'BLOCKED';

Now for the Pending Cancel flows, please give them some time and check if they actually move to Cancel, if not please open a Support Case in order to assist you with that issue.

Regards!
