OO Cluster License Issue "How to clean up the license"

Jump to solution

Dear Team,

we have 2 OO 10.70 configured with LB F5, we have applied the license for Single Server with license that was allowed to subnet, after we applied the license OO Cluster not accessiable giving that error " A general error has occurred. Contact your administrator for more details." when accessing it with IP address it works fine , but we can't do as that OO Cluster will be integrated with CSA.

Now the question how to remove the old license and replace it with the new license!

Regards

Mostafa

Hi,

I fail to understand which is the old license and which is the new license?

Do you happen to have some errors in the logs?

If you are accessing the machines with IP - can you go to the license and upload a new file now - even though I am not sure with what kind of file you would like to update?
