OO Flow getting an error

Hello, I am trying to run a flow and it fails, when I checked the log file it states, "ERROR [runpool-1-thread-555] (14:37:15,586) com.iconclude.dharma.model.operations.WebOperation - RAS-side exception occurred while executing IAction 'dotNETWebActions_RemoteExecution.RemoteExecution':'System.Exception: Error occured while executing command" anyone knows what might be going wrong? Regards, Mariam

Re: OO Flow getting an error

Hello Mariam,

Thank you for contacting HP Forum.

Regarding your request could you please double check the following information:

  1. Are you using the Remote Command? or What operation are you using?
  2. HPOO Version?
  3. Is the first time that is happening?

When we are talking about this error message:

  1. check the configuration parameters
  2. Please check the  DNS/WINS configuration for that server
  3. Could you please install last content pack version?

I hope this information helps,

Best Regards,

Re: OO Flow getting an error

Hello Sussan, thank you for that. yes I am using the Remote Command Operation, and there is nothing wrong with the other server because when I run ipconfig or any other OS commands it works fine. the thing is I have specified the CurrentPath parameter to a certain application directory and then run some commands and I get that error. although when I run same command locally on the server it runs peacefully. OO Version: 9.07 Regards, Mariam
