(OO) Support Tip: Add an option to reject login to Central user interface of an LDAP user that does

Enhancement request QCCR8C28781 Add an option to reject log on to Central UI of an LDAP user that does not belong to LDAP groups was submitted and closed no change.  The workaround is to discontinue the use of LDAP and user internal accounts.

Enhancement request QCCR8C28781 was closed because it is possible to deny OO login by restricting the user search scope.  If a large user scope is used, the user will be found and considered authenticated (the user is not authorized to do anything because the user is not in the right group).  Restricting user search scope is the proper action that needs to be done.
