(OO) Support Tip: Add input to allow SSL encryption in /Library/Operations/Databases/Microsoft SQL

Customer would like to use an SSL encrypted connection in order to secure the operations such as SQL Command and SQL Query in content pack /Library/Operations/Databases/Microsoft SQL.  The value of the ForceEncryption option is set to yes in this Microsoft SQL Server 2012 database server environment.
