[OO Support Tip] Changing timezone on OO Central server did not change timezone in Central WebUI

Issue:

On the Windows 2003 server on which Operations Orchestration (OO) Central is installed, the system time zone has been changed from PST (Pacific Standard Time) to EST (Eastern Standard Time).  However, OO Central webui still shows the OO Central time zone as PST.

Solution:

After changing the system time zone on the Windows 2003 server, OO Central service needed to be stopped and restarted.  Once OO Central was restarted, the Central webui indicated EST, matching the Central server system time zone.
