This exception is shown when a separator other than semi-colon is used to concatenate e-mail addresses.

Solution:

Make sure to use a semi-colon to separate the e-mail recipients in the OO operation, (e.g. 'name1@domain.com ; name2@domain.com ; name3@domain.com ; name4@domain.com')
