(OO) Support Tip: How to change flow status from “Pending_pause” to “Canceled”?

Pending_Pause is an intermediary state between “Running” and “Paused”. In OO UI an end-user is not allowed to modify the state of a “Pending_Pause” flow in that a flow execution pause request was submitted, and the system is waiting for an action to complete in order to enter the pause state, but the user can use an OO API.

In the OO API Guide, the following information is found: “The execution status can be changed to one of the following states: CANCEL, PAUSE, REASSIGN or RESUME. The desired status should be set in the action attribute” in the section of “Change the Status of an execution”. When a state is changed from “Pending_Pause” to “Canceled”, it is first changed to “Pending_Cancel”, and then in the end the flow run it is moved to “Canceled”.
