(OO) Support Tip: How to change the worker threads configuration in the engine-webapp.jar file

Customer has referenced the HPOO 10.20 Administration Guide, page 16, section 'System Tuning'.

Please advise on the following:

- How to change the worker threads configuration in the engine-webapp.jar file?

- How do edit this .jar file?

- Is the file named engine-webapp-10.20.274.jar (C:\Program Files\Hewlett-Packard\HP Operations Orchestration\central\tomcat\webapps\oo\WEB-INF\lib\engine-webapp-10.20.274.jar)?

- Customer is also unable to find the following path:  spring/engineContext.xml  Where is this .xml located?

- You may open the engine-webapp-10.20.274.jar file (C:\Program Files\Hewlett-Packard\HP Operations Orchestration\central\tomcat\webapps\oo\WEB-INF\lib\engine-webapp-10.20.274.jar) with WinRAR for example.
- Then navigate to the spring/engineContext.xml file which was in <installation_folder/central/tomcat/webapps/oo/WEB-INF/lib/engine-webapp-10.20.274/META-INF/spring/.
- Right click on the engineContext.xml file, select Edit, make the change, and save the change.
- Restart the Operations Orchestration service after making the change.
- The worker threads are also applicable to each RAS node.
