(OO) Support Tip: How to suppress sending the 'Transfer-Encoding: chunked' http header by v1.0/Http

'v1.0/Http Client PUT' and 'v1.0/Http Client PATCH' operations under Library/Operations/HTTP Client in 10.x Base CP send the 'Transfer-Encoding: chunked' http header.
This might cause an error in an web server or service that only accepts HTTP/1.0.

In such a case, set 'false' to the 'chunked' step input in the operations in order to suppress sending the header.

In the same operations in 9.x CP16 or a newer version, a hidden step input named 'httpProtocol' was available and setting '1.0' to it could suppress it. However the hidden input is no longer available in 10.x Base CP.
