(OO) Support Tip: Installation failure of Central and Studio on Windows Server 2016
In some Windows 10 or Windows Server 2016 environment, Central and Studio installers fail with an exception like 'Exception code: 0xe06d7363' during extracting files from their installers.
A workaround is:
1. Launch a Central or Studio installer for Windows like installer-2018.05.0.1-win64.exe and installer-2018.05.0.1-win64-studio.exe. If the error shows up, do not click OK and just keep the popup.
2. Go to folder <C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Temp\1>, there should be a folder like 7ZipSfx.000 generated. Rename the folder such as 'test'.
3. Run CMD as administrator and go to the renamed folder.
4. Open a batch file like installer.bat using a text editor, copy a text from the batch file, put the text in the CMD command and run it.
