Operations Orchestration (00) - Central authentication fails for Oracle
Problem: When connecting to Operations Orchestration (OO0, Central fails when trying to authenticate to Oracle. On close inspection of the Central_wrapper.log, there will be the following error reported:
"ORA-28001: the password has expired"
Solution: Contact your database administrator (DBA) to resolve the issue. If your DBA needs to change the password for the Oracle user, then you will need to deploy the new password into Central.
Run the 'change-db-props.bat' tool to change dB connectivity information (username/password) for OO Central
syntax : <OO_Installation_directory>\Central\tools\change-db-props.bat <db user> <db password>
