(OO) Support Tip: Oracle database connection issue after upgrade

Oracle server used with HP Operations Orchestration (OO) is upgraded from 11.2.0.3 to 11.2.0.4, and in the meanwhile the host name is changed. The central.properties is updated to hold the new information.

Error is found in central_wrapper.log:

ERROR [WrapperSimpleAppMain] (14:13:06,084) org.springframework.web.context.ContextLoader - Context initialization failed org.springframework.beans.factory.BeanCreationException: Error creating bean with name 'propertyConfigurer' defined in ServletContext resource [/WEB-INF/applicationContext.xml]: Can't resolve reference to bean 'dharma.remotePropsHolder' while setting property 'holders[0]'; nested exception is org.springframework.beans.factory.BeanCreationException: Error creating bean with name 'dharma.remotePropsHolder' defined in ServletContext resource [/WEB-INF/applicationContext.xml]: Initialization of bean failed; nested exception is org.springframework.jdbc.CannotGetJdbcConnectionException: Could not get JDBC Connection; nested exception is java.sql.SQLException: Listener refused the connection with the following error: ORA-12514, TNS:listener does not currently know of service requested in connect descriptor

The cause of the problem is that the configuration files are not updated correctly. Both quartz.properties and central.properties must be updated.
