(OO) Support Tip: Reverse RAS functionality fails with Central is connected to a MSSQL database

In 10.60 -Apparently in a Reverse RAS installation , if Central is connected to a MS-SQL database, running a flow with reverse RAS will fail with this error:

ERROR - Failed to run the action! Class: com.hp.oo.execution.control.actions.contentexecution.ContentExecutionActions, method: executeContentAction, reason: Failed to execute content action: com.hp.oo:oo-base-plugin:1.8.0 -> noOp
Reason: Unable to execute mojo: java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException
[.. ]
Caused by: java.io.IOException: The stream is closed.
                at com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.BaseInputStream.checkClosed(SimpleInputStream.java:92)
                at com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SimpleInputStream.read(SimpleInputStream.java:271)

The reason for the error above is two different source code paths used to stream the artifacts to RAS.

The fix was delivered following the suggestions on this page (see first comment) :
