(OO) Support Tip: Scheduler jobs are not running on Central

This can happen when there have been node crashes on Central.  As part of the recovery Jobs are created to help recover.  This is done by a 3rd party library called Quartz.

Recovery jobs are created in OO_TRIGGERS table -These jobs can cause blocking in all other quartz internal jobs.

If they do not resolve shortly then they will need to be manually removed from the DB to allow normal processing.

To see if they exist run this query : select TRIGGER_NAME from OO_TRIGGERS;                                                      

These jobs would be in a similar format to :


Where the xxxx is a random string

If any exist then remove them with a SQL call like this.


Where XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXx is the value from the select query above.
