(OO) Support Tip: Table view flow reports are slow to load and cause DB performance issues

When pulling up small (10 steps) or large (23k steps) run reports in the table view, the report takes 30+ minutes to load. While the SQL query is running, it causes performance issues on the database (DB) (Oracle 12c RAC) and is impacting running flows.  Customer recently migrated to a new DB and the reports were loading fine so customer closed out previous case.  However the same issue has resurfaced.  How to resolve?

- HPE Technical Support does not have a specific recommendation for what Oracle optimization plan to use in customer's environment and suggests to use whatever the default is.

- Customer's optimization plan is set to first_rows_100 and customer may set OPTIMIZER_MODE to ALL_ROWS (eg default) instead to improve performance.
