[OO Support Tip] The 'Send Mail' operation default delimiter "," was changed in 9.0 CP11 from CP4

CP 11 caused flows to break that used the “SendMail” operation there were created in CP4.

In CP4, the Library/Email/Send Mail operation used the comma as a delimiter. In CP11, this was changed to a semicolon and the operation now has an input value of "delimiter" and the default value is a semicolon - “;”. Because of this change the flows that use the Send Mail operation have stopped working.

Per the “mailto” Request for Comment (RFC) protocol, the comma character “,” is the character to be used when multiple addresses are used in the recipient field.

A Hotfix HF_175302 has been generated to default the delimiter to the comma to preserver backward compatibility.

Please contact OO Support and request this hotfix.
