(OO) Support Tip: VCloud operations are logging a huge amount of info in wrapper logs

Problematic behavior: Operations from Cloud CP produce a large amount of logging in the RAS and Central wrapper log files.

This info is produced by the VCloud VMWare SDK and produces in the log file where the Java application (JVM) is logging by default (wrapper.log files of RAS and Centrals.

In order to turn this logging OFF,  create an empty file here: "%OO_HOME%/central/conf/vcloudlogging.properties" or "%OO_HOME%/ras/conf/vcloudlogging.properties"  and set this property in the central-wrapper.conf (or ras-wrapper.conf) :

wrapper.java.additional.31=-Djava.util.logging.config.file="%OO_HOME%/central/conf/vcloudlogging.properties" (or "%OO_HOME%/ras/conf/vcloudlogging.properties" respectively)
