(OO) Support Tip: java.net.SocketException: No buffer space available in OO logs

The error "java.net.SocketException: No buffer space available" is actually an issue with the OS resources vs a problem directly in OO.  

The problem is number of TCP/IP connection ports is limited by the OS and used up. Rebooting the server will release the old remaining connections.


Here is a sample article to show how to add registry keys and increase the max ports available:

The recommended values for both registry keys are 10000
These registry keys did not exist in Windows 2012R2 by default.
