[OO Support Tip] uCMDB operations and hostname case sensitivity

Questions:

1- Is hostname input of Universal CMDB (uCMDB) operations (/Library/Integrations/Hewlett-Packard/Universal CMDB) case sensitive?

2 - Does the uCMDB application programming interface(API)support providing an input that specifies whether the request should be treated as case sensitive or insensitive?

Responses:

1 - Yes, the hostname input of the uCMDB operations is case sensitive.

2 - Operations Orchestration is an API consumer. The uCMDB API that does not allow case insensitive requests.

The API does not support providing an input that specifies whether the request should be treated as case sensitive or insensitive.
