[OO Tip] Central service does not start

Error:

There is an issue with the Operations Orchestration (OO) central service. It will not start. A fatal error occured and the service has shut down. Since this happened the central service is unable to start.

Solution:

This issue is not related to OO but rather the physical server on which OO was installed. Server corruption was corrected and alleviated issue.
