[OO Tip] Connection failed to Server Automation ver. 9.10

Issue:

After the Server Automation (SA) content patches (CP) 4 and 5 were installed, the Operations Orchestration (OO) server started receiving the error below:

Server Automation environment ver. 9.10 and Operations Orchestration ver. 9.02.002.

{returnCode=-1;Result=Failed to connect to the SA. (401)Unauthorized;osVersion=;architectureName=;exception=java.lang.Exception: Failed to connect to the SA. (401)Unauthorized at com.opsware.content.actions.sas.VersionService.VersionServiceWrapper.getVersion(VersionServiceWrapper.java:73)
at com.opsware.content.actions.sas.ServiceWrapper.populateVersion(ServiceWrapper.java:469)
at com.opsware.content.actions.sas.ServiceWrapper.<init>(ServiceWrapper.java:461)
at $Proxy11.getAPIVersionLabel(Unknown Source)
at com.opsware.content.actions.sas.VersionService.VersionServiceWrapper.getVersion(VersionServiceWrapper.java:51)
... 47 more
Caused by: (401)Unauthorized
at com.iconclude.dharma.commons.http.axis.DharmaHttpSender.invoke(DharmaHttpSender.java:309)
at org.apache.axis.strategies.InvocationStrategy.visit(InvocationStrategy.java:32)

When this error "{returnCode=-1;Result=Failed to connect to the SA. (401)Unauthorized" returns back from Server Automation, this typically means there was incorrect authentication information provided.

Solution:

Create a simple new flow and hardcode the authentication/credentials (vs using system accounts ) and verify that it then starts working.
