[OO Tip] Flows are no longer running in Central after upgrading from 10.01.001 to 10.02

Problem:

Using Operations Orchestration (OO), flows are no longer running in Central after upgrading from 10.01.001 to 10.02.

The following error is visible in the execution.log found at <OO_HOME>\Central\var\logs:

[..] [Thread-19] (WorkerManager.java:188) ERROR - Worker failed on start up, will retry in a 15 seconds
org.springframework.dao.InvalidDataAccessResourceUsageException: Table 'oodb.oo_execution_states_4' doesn't exist; SQL [n/a]; nested exception is org.hibernate.exception.SQLGrammarException: Table 'oodb.oo_execution_states_4' doesn't exist
    at org.springframework.orm.hibernate3.SessionFactoryUtils.convertHibernateAccessException(SessionFactoryUtils.java:635)
    at org.springframework.orm.jpa.vendor.HibernateJpaDialect.translateExceptionIfPossible(HibernateJpaDialect.java:103)[..]

Solution:

Before or after upgrading OO, change the ACTIVE_PARTITION from 4 to 1 for the oo_partitions_group database table.
