OO flow - Error executing schedule job

Jump to solution

Hi Everyone,

We're having a problem where a scheduled flow that has been running for months by now, didn't executed. While checking the logs we found the error in the server.log:

Error executing schedule job (<flow name>) for user '<user name>' : null

has someone experienced this before? why does it happens and how can I prevented.

Best regards,

Hi everyone,

We tried to execute the flow manually and it failed again. Then we checked the dependencies and found out that the content pack was changed. we reverted that change and it worked correctly. Hope you find this usefull.

Yes , i had this error last Tuesday.

The cause is that i have deployed a content pack with an error in the flow to schedule.

The message disappeared after correcting the error in the flow.

Hi, check in the schedules table for the schedule id. Delete it and reschedule. We had that kind of problem and the cause it was a buggy delete of schedule and content, the reference stills in the database but it wasn't visible in the scheduler. That's the quick solution that we found, no impact at the moment.
