OO flow execution with wget

Jump to solution

Dear folks,

I tried to execute a OO test flow with wget as the method documented in Software Development Kit Guide. However, the wget always return with the OO logon page content and the guide doesn't mention way to bypass the credentials. Do any one have idea on how to embed the logon information to wget?

Thanks in advance!

something like:
wget --http-user=UID --http-passwd=PSWD
"https://localhost:8443/PAS/services/rest/run/Library
/MyFolder/MyFlow?name0=val0"

But password will be visible in call, I would recommend use Invoke method or hide the call

Hello Alex, thanks for your reply.

I had already tried the "--http-user=UID" and "--http-passwd=PSWD" options and failed. The two options seem to me the user and password of the http server, but the HPOO password. Furthermore, I also tried the "JRSFlowInvoke.jar" package with -u and -p options, it still doesn't work .... I wonder if there is something need to be configured in HPOO server side..

Kind Regards,

I dunno... what OO version you have? What authentication you use at Central?

My OO version is 7.51 and authenticated with user name and password (separated from AD).

Thanks and regards,

Thanks for Alex help and folks for reading. I figured out the cause of problem today..

It was found that the password authentication didn't work with the "Execution Links" extracted from Central. I need to use the "https://localhost:8443/PAS/services/rest/run/....." link as Alex mentioned to make it works.

Hi All,

I want to run HPOO flow from SM.Means initiating the flow from HPSM via webservices.

There is one central OO service SL already there in HPSM OOB.

Please give me some suggestion so I can integrate the same.

Warm regards,

Milap Shah
