Permission to RUN workflow

hi

i am trying to restric a group of users only to run this paticular workflow, when they login to run they this issue when View message operator runs "Current user is not allowed to execute this flow. Flow UUID: 123456-XXXX" i am not sure what permission did i missed.

I already granted the following privvlages to SERVICE_DESK

Two things that come to mind on this error

1. if your flow uses other subflows then you need to grant Service Desk role access to those subflows as well

2. If your flow uses a system account credentials then service Desk role must also be granted rights to the system accounts (which is under Content Management->Configuration Items )

hi tony, flow uses other subflows which is the message, but that is on Base Content pack do you mean i need to grant that as well.

you need to grant on the subflows as tony mentioned.

I am facing the same issue, giving all permissions on main folder and sub folders, any update on this issue please ?
