Powershell and runspaceID not working if there is error

We are trying to limit PowerShell sessions on server to minimum because each session gets 20 MB.

So we have keepSessionAlive to true and forwarding runspaceID to next PowerShell operation.

But if we have error in PowerShell operation (for example "File in use") then there is no runspaceID in return so we cannot pass runspaceID to another PWSHL operation.

Then next operation is creating new runspaceId and we are not in same PWSHL session and when i put on last PWSHL operation keepSessionAlive to flase only last session is closed and first session is hanging on server.

Could Micro Focus correct this.
