RPC Error to access Windows Server using the RCE Operation

Always happen the RPC Error to access Windows Server using the RCE Operation.

Is there any operation that show the RPC Error clearly?

For example, this error happens when the account is blocked, there is firewall between the servers, hostname invalid, but on the OO shows only RPC Error on all situations.

Hello,

By RPC, are you meaning Remote Procedure Call?  By RCE, are you meaning Remote Code Execution?  What specific operation are you using?  What version of OO is being run in this environment?  What specific content pack are you using?  Please open a new support case so that this issue can be troubleshot efficiently and effectively.

Thank you.

“The RPC server is unavailable” is an error message from Microsoft. Please see, http://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/4494.windows-server-troubleshooting-the-rpc-server-is-unavailable.aspx If you need more meaningful information from HPE OO. Please open an enhancement request. HPE Software product management will look into it and make a decision.
