Remote command thru Remote Desktop using Cisco VPN

Hello,

sorry if this question is too basic ...  I need to reboot some remote windows servers, but to access them i must  connect to it using Cisco VPN and first connect me, with RDP, to a bypass server.  From

the bypass server i can reach the final server that i need to reboot.

How can i do this with OO?

Any help is welcome,

Thanks,

Andres

Re: Remote command thru Remote Desktop using Cisco VPN

Hi,

Since you say  that both the bypass server and the target servers are windows based you need to enable powershell remoting on both the bypass servers and target servers. From OO you then need to run a powershell script on the bypass server which does the follwoing:

- enters a PS session on the target server

-restarts the server from the opened PS session

Hope this helps,

Vlad
