[Support_T​ip] Mismatch between a customer in OO Central and the OO database.

There is a mismatch between one customer in OO Central and the OO Database.

 

Under the OO Central tab "current runs" there are zero runs for a particular user which is hanging/stopped or waiting for input.

In the OO database, there are 148 runs waiting for this user.

 

Question:

 

Why are those runs visible in the OO Database but not visible in OO Central for that user?

Is there any way to solve this mismatch?

 

Version information:

Operations Orchestration Central version 9.00

build: 201007061653 patch: 9.00.02

OO patch level 9.00.02 CP 05.

The Central server is running on Linux. It is not a clustered environment; there are two standalone central servers with two RAS servers running on windows.

 

Answer:

 

This is a known issue which has been resolved after OO 9.06.
