Unable to creater a ticket in HP SM from HP OO with connectors.

Hello Team,

I am creating an HP SM ticket from HP OO with connectors, from 2 different IP's. For this i have created a ticket in SM and given the same values in HP OO. When executing the flow it shows a 404 error. Can anyone help me in solving this issue?.

*I checked the connection where SM is installed by pinging from HP OO's IP and it is showing good.

(I have attached the log file for the reference.)

Hi Shijo,

 

Please check the OO to SM integration guide for details on how to tailor SM web services in order to work with OO operations\flows.

 

In case you have a customized SM instance another option is to use OO Web Services Wizard against your SM WSDL and then generate OO flows tailored per your SM WSDL.
