Unable to deploy Content packs (base, system, hpe) in OO Central 10.60

Jump to solution

Hello, recently I have installed HPE OO 10.60 CE.

I am not able to deploy oo10-base-cp-1.10.0.jar, oo10-operating-systems-cp-1.4.0.jar and oo10-hpe-solutions-cp-1.11.0.jar on OO Central (though I was ale to upgrade the content packs on Studio).

Your help and guidance would be helpful.

Regards,

Ashish

Hi,

You need to follows the settings mentioned here for MySQL. https://docs.software.hpe.com/OO/10.70/Content/Administer/DatabaseGuide/MySQL_config.htm

most likely the max allowed packet is not set as the mandatory value.

to avoid any other problems make sure the settings are as mentioned.

hope it helps,

Hi,

Is  there any specific error you get when trying to deploy the content packs? The screenshot you have provided shows some failed uploads, however no specific error.

Doe s the failure refer to when uploading the content packs or after clicking deploy?

Regards,

Vlad

What is the error that you got on base and hpe? Did you try to upload the .jars again?

I would suggest to upload the base cp first and see it that one work. If you still get the upload error you need to check the logs and share those too. If the problem persisit (thus it might not be a one time network problem) we will need to dig into more details in regard to the environment: database, network and so on)

I have tried deploying multiple times and individually as well.

But always get "Internal server error" for base and hpe content packs.
FYI, MYSQL db is configured on same server where HPOO is installed.

Thanks - Ashish

Thanks Andrel. After increasing max_allowed_pocket=250M (for [mysqlid]) I was able to upload and deploy the content packs.

Thanks for you help! (Will mark your response as solution).
