Update an incident in SM

I know it is obvious, but maybe someone has find "the way"...

If some user has opened particular Incident in SM, then OO flow with the same Incident Number in attempt to update the record will fail with error: "Unable to perform 'save' action.  Requested resource is in use".

Is it possible to add some high priority to OO flow than regular user?
