Using GetChange operation to get a Change Request from ServiceManager

Has anyone successfuly ran GetChange operation. I am trying to get a simple change from ServiceManager using this operation and it comes with No Results every single time (Service Manager version 7.11). As a note, I can successfully login into Service Manager using the host/port username/password. However, it is just not finding change/ticket(s) when queried. When searching for a ticket, we have noticed (in ServiceManager logs) that OO was adding "IM" in front of the ticket number that was provided (ex: when searched for "P123456", logs show that query was issued for "IMP123456"). Does anyone know why OO does this ? Or anyone was able to HP OO Service Manager integration operations successfuly ? Thanks.
