Using OO to edit already present NICs

Hello world,
I'm using HPOO10 and want to create flow for putting data to the vCenter for host.
What would be the best way to edit already present NICs only using direct VMware access?

The parameter which I would like to update is Network label.
Any info would be very welcome.

Best regards, Nesib

You have to use the VMWare PowerCLI. Check the document for cmdlet Set-NetworkAdapter.

Can you call this from OO flow.

Thanks for your reply.

VMWare PowerCLI seems so "PowerCLIeFULL" (new word) but not sure how and is it possible to use it in OO flows.

Re: Using OO to edit already present NICs

You have to script the commands on the server with PowerCLI. After necessary testing, call (execute) the script from the OO flow.
