Re: WMI error RC unavailable error in flow execution

Can you share more about the environment?

OO Version
CP Version of remote command operation
RAS OS version
Target OS version

I've seen this when a connection isn't closed properly. Can you login to the RAS, open a cmd prompt, and run a ("net use") - do you see the target host listed?
Can you give details about the command being run?
Is it long-running (does run command operation time out but the process is still running on the target)?

Re: WMI error RC unavailable error in flow execution

If you don't have a separate RAS you're using the built-in worker on Central - please perform those RAS checks from there.

If you're unable to be descriptive about the operation being executed I'm as lost as you are "not able to run" doesn't help troubleshoot the issue.

Are you running with clustered centrals or a single node?

What are your inputs... what is your source/target (obfuscate but remain distinct i.e. nodeA(central) -> nodeB(win 2016 host)?

==>>Yes we are using only builtin worker on ras

==>> In flow remote command execution operator is used from Base cp. command is use to fetch a dir details and copy files from one server to other.

what is your source/target (obfuscate but remain distinct i.e. nodeA(central) -> nodeB(win 2016 host)?
