Wait for Job operation in Server Automation Content

After upgrading to HPSA 10.21 our wait for job operations are starting to fail.  We found the below in the support site.

https://softwaresupport.hp.com/group/softwaresupport/search-result/-/facetsearch/document/KM01061038?lang=en&cc=us&hpappid=113963_OSP_PRO_HPE

QCCR1D187856

There is a new input that was added called frequency in the operation but there is nothing in the description to tell us what the value is.  Is it in seconds, ms or what?  We need to know so we can get the operation working again.

Thanks,

Don

Re: Wait for Job operation in Server Automation Content

Hello Don,

Regarding your request after doing some researches about it, please take a look the following information:

I have based in this QCCR1D187856, so that it mentions that the resolution comes from HPSA Team, however in order to confirm and help you, could you please tell me the operation name that you are using?

Also the issue comes from HPSA or only HPOO?

Waiting your answer,

Best Regards,
